Orders between $250.00 and $500 a $19.50 shipping fee please
Orders between $150 and $250 a $16.50 shipping fee please
Orders between $50 and $150 a $14.50 shipping fee please

Express - $25.00 (Usually 1-3 days )
Person to Person: ADD $6.50 (you must provide ID and sign for this at the Post Office)
Registered post can take 3-21 days depending on your location.

- Australia Post does NOT offer insurance on this option, we can take NO responsibility if items are lost or damaged.
- Express Shipping is not always available on items due to stock levels. Please contact us beforehand if you need items in a hurry. In the event of items not being available and the customer has selected Express Postage then the customer will be refunded the cost of the express postage if they ask..
- Lack of Express Postage does not constitute reason for a refund on items in part or total.

Express delivery is usually 1-3 days - provided items are in stock and you are in an express delivery location.
Return Terms
Our policy is to have happy satisfied customers.
If the product is unsuitable, contact us with in 48 hours
of receiving the item, at that time we will issue you
a RA (Return Authorization) number and inform you of the
return address.
Any unused product can be returned provided that
it is undamaged (unless making a Postal Insurance Claim).
(Excluding Gaffs, Padded Panties, bras, wigs, nylons for
hygienic reasons. )
Returning Forms
Be sure you want to keep a Breastform before you use the tapes
or apply an attachable form.
1. Forms must be clean and undamaged (unless making an
insurance claim).
2. Form boxes & protective cradles, must be in a condition that does not cause damage to the forms.
3. All accessories that are included with forms must be
returned unused. Any missing items will be charged to
your account.
Post your return items with a copy of your invoice to the address on your invoice. Please state with your retun what you wish to exchange your item for.
When we receive the product that you are returning you
will receive a full refund minus the original shipping
costs.
Postal Insurance Claims
If your item arrives damaged in the post, you need to do the following things:
